Die Lieferando Betriebsgruppe war heute beim Gütetermin vor dem Arbeitsgericht und hat vier Gorillas-Fahrer:innen unterstützt. Das Gorillas Management hat weiterhin keinen Einigungsvorschlag. 

Am 26.01.2022 findet der Kammertermin statt. Der Kampf um unbefristete Verträge geht also weiter. Morgen, Dienstag, gibt es den nächsten Gütetermin für zwei weitere #GorillasUNLIMITED Klagen. 9.00 Uhr im Arbeitsgericht, Magdeburger Platz 1.

#GorillasUNLIMITED conciliation hearing

The Lieferando Workers Group were present and supported the Gorillas riders at their Labour court conciliation hearing today. There wasn’t any settlement presented to the four riders. A final hearing (Kammertermin) will take place 26.01.2022. 

The struggle for #GorillasUNLIMITED contracts continues. Tomorrow, Tuesday, there’ll be a further hearing for another two Gorillas riders. 09.00 am at the Labour court, Magdeburger Platz 1.
